If a third-party service company repairs parts not covered under the contract, the contract for that specific machine will be terminated without a refund.
The contract covers the cost of visiting and three routine service charges.
If any non-covered machine requires spare parts for repair, the customer will be charged for those parts.
Any change of address must be notified in advance.
The company is not obligated to provide repair or service if the machine has been improperly used, modified without authorization, or if the serial number is altered.
Other causes like voltage fluctuations, rat damage, neglect, or natural disasters will also incur extra charges.
While emergency breakdowns will be given priority, the company is not responsible for any resulting losses.
If the customer cancels the contract before its completion, there will be no refund for the remaining period.
The contract cannot be transferred if the equipment is sold or given as a gift, and no refund will be given.
The customer assumes the risk of any damages that occur to the equipment while at the service center.
The customer is responsible for transportation costs to the Authorized Service Center for repairs.
Damage caused during transportation or shifting is not covered under the contract.
The company has the discretion to accept or renew the contract after it expires.
All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mohali.
